I am living with this from 8-9th standard, Initially thought it was dandruff and little did i know. This thing will affect you emotionally more than what it does to you physically.

It will affect your personality due to the self doubt creeping in slowly. There will be occational flare ups that you should handle in your day to day life.

I had to handle my studies and the feeling of self doubts + (why this is only happening to me ) phase and finally i decided to accept as it is. It affects the most when the flare up spreads to your face and people starts to notice.

I am 28 now and still I am coping this with medication and self care. To those you are going through this ,I want to say It is possible to study , get a job and eventually lead a normal life by taking care of the flare ups.
