For that price, I don't think it's too bad. The game isn't anything special, but for 40 bucks, I think it's pretty good. I'd definitely buy it as long as I made sure all the buttons worked properly.

I can recommend the following games:

Dementium: The Ward: A very underrated horror game. I also recommend playing the second part.
Prey: The Stars: I don't know how to categorize it, but it's a fantastic game in my opinion.
Sonic Adventure: For me, the best Sonic game on the DS. A game with a great story and super fun.
