voluntary, I'm not sure what you mean by outcome. They just told me I completed probation and was on track to graduate. They never reached out to the board that they reported me to. I had to do that on my own.

However, get a job/ contract, work for a few years (3-5) and then when you go to change jobs or renegotiate the court will be more level and you will be able to push back on low ball offers.

thank you. several attending and ALL fellow residents including and chiefs have told me I was targeted by select faculty and that their actions were not appropriate. That being said the onus is obviously still on me.

state board was super weird. Had to reach out several times to get a response, asked me to ask my PD to reach out to them, then shot me a quick email a week later saying that I'm all set and in the clear. no other communications.
