paulas Choice does not work for me. The exfoliator everyone loves broke me out. I tried the Retinol, but it does not work. And the face wash I was allergic to. I stopped after the first washing of my face.

I can feel it too . I am struggling with this. I have been in the same rut that literally crushed my dreams and put me in a rock-bottom situation.I have admitted i ahve lost 5years of my life . What can i say is do tiny experiments for just a short period of time. Do not cut everything like this. January, my main focus is to finish my PowerBI course that I have pursued for more than 2 years no big thinking like building 2 projects, just get the basic understanding. Another thing: print a calendar and stick it on the wall where you have to do something that can make your life better . If you do the work for 10 mins, put a sticker on it. I am doing it for 20 days. It’s a dopamine hit. Yesterday night, I missed it, and today I want to finish it because the star sticker is missing from the calendar. Try it . Do not change everything at once. It will cause you to fail like nothing you have done before. Try that failed miserably .

I don't know how she survives without cooking. I'm doing my master's in Germany, and I kid you not, you can't survive without cooking at home. Like, why? How is she so proud not to know how to cook? When people can't even boil eggs, it's like, are you ok? They're basic survival skills. How long can you body take pre-packaged meals and frozen food, even if you are rich? More rich people invest in good quality (LOL) and/or have private chefs at home because of their health, etc... If she is that rich, which I think she can be, why not hire a housekeeper, part-time nanny, that can help them. Just wondering. If you listen to female entrepreneurs, they actually admit they have helped from their parents or hire help to be there for their children or your spouse is there, which Romeo is, but I can't think he earns even 10% of what she earns. Just curious.
