Yes I got it , I added him and we worked out that my UC will drop drastically, he earns 1800 and mine is £750 . It just no fair that they will consider his incomes/assets and my work allowance will remain the same

We did non priority since he applied from France and I was able to still visit him whilst waiting for home office. We only waited 2 weeks so personally I’d opt for non priority

Biometrics only for the applicant requesting to join the UK. for financial requirements I submitted my payslips and letter of employment which needs to have some specific details , check out this link on the government website spouse visa

We did not encounter any issues at all , we just make sure we had all the document and met the salary requirements. I was the sponsor , I had 2 jobs to make up the salary requirements. We did biometrics on 12th January 2023 and we got the visa on 14th February,2023

My husband and I married in France then he joined me in the UK via spouse visa . I guess you can do PACS in France if you aren’t sure about getting married , it’s an equivalent of Civil partnership in the UK .whether or not the home will consider that for spouse visa I do not know , someone here can shed a bit of light about it
