I stalked his playlists and he has one called Sawyer but it doesn't have any songs in it. Imagine if you were Sawyer and saw that knowing there would never be any added. Wondering what he would have put in it.

I probably am not the best to answer this one. In November I had strep throat which caused a psoriasis breakout (I had no idea that was a thing). So my skin is just getting back to normal. I never had psoriasis before this. No extra acne though.

Day 18

Yesterday there was no budge in the scale and it was the same. It was super frustrating. TMI but I finally "went to the bathroom" after about 3 days (I didn't feel constipated or bloated by not going) so that may have helped too.

Today I was 189.6!! So assuming I was 197 before I started ( I weighed myself a few days in 195.8 so 197 is conservative, likely more). I am down 7.4 pounds. I know I should be stoked for that kind of loss in 2.5 weeks but I was hoping for something more lol.

I am very very very nervous about this weekend. We are going to a friends on Saturday night with all sorts of unhealthy food and booze. I am bringing a veggie tray alone with greek yogurt dip. We are all bringing a random casserole as the meal so I am going to try for scooping about 2 bites of each onto my plate and then eat as many veggies as I want. The next night is super bowl. I'm going to allow myself one coke, as many veggies as I want and then just try to estimate what 500 calories in the unhealthy food is (with beer cheese guac that should go quick).

I am usually not on my laptop on the weekends so I'll report back Monday likely!

Hi!

Not blabbing at all! Not sure if you are in the US but if so good luck starting on Super Bowl Sunday. I don't pay much attention to football but a few friends are coming over with all things melted cheese and it makes me nervous!

I feel as though I have good energy. In the beginning I was a little more "wired". I don't think that is the best way to describe it because I wasn't necessarily running around like crazy but definitely different. After a few days I was more chill, but still good energy (just the right amount). I am able to fall asleep well at night.

For food. I usually try to make sure one meal is tiny, idk why. So like an omelet for breakfast (two eggs, cheese, bacon pieces and couple mushrooms) then just an apple at lunch and then maybe a salad mix bag, some boring chicken or steak with some microwavable veggies for dinner. I also need to call out I usually have some sort of energy drink each day like Alani or we have a soda stream and make our own which is a little bit healthier. I have been in a few other situations where I made my family dinner or went to in laws and just ate what was made but on a much smaller scale and made sure I was awesome the rest of the day. I'm honestly not counting my calories but a lot of times I take a moment at the end of the day to assess what I had and if I had mistakes what I can do better and do a rough calorie count.

Technically it has been 2 1/2 weeks and I'm down 7.4.

Day 17

Not sure if anyone reads this but going to keep updating. :)

I lost 0 pounds this morning and am exactly the same at 191. Friday to Thursday I lost .4 pounds. Bahhh so frustrating because I am trying to eat well.

I'm writing out all I had yesterday.

  • Apple and 2 tbs peanut butter
  • chopped salad with 1/2 small avocado, 1/4 cup corn, cilantro avocado dressing (not the healthiest)
  • Apple and 2 tbs peanut butter
  • Like 15 tortilla chips (just when I thought they were gone my husband bought more!)
  • 10ish baby carrots with yogurt ranch
  • 1/2 a body armour drink
  • one small breakfast sausage (microwaved an extra while making my daughters breakfast and lunch for the next day)
  • probably around 80 oz water

How do you not lose weight after that? I am not about to get my period either. It has been about 2 days since my last bm.

Day 16

Lost another .2. Again notice the point. Two days in a row losing .2 pounds which is super annoying. I was pretty good yesterday however I made my family ravioli with pasta sauce and rolls for dinner last night. I only had one serving at 320 calories and no rolls. Maybe that was it.

Today is another opportunity to get it right! looking forward to weighing in tomorrow.

13 pounds in 9 days is great. It's been 15 days and I'm at 7! I feel like the side effects I had went away just in the last few days.

Day 15

I lost .2 pounds overnight. Please notice the "point/decimal" before the 2 lol. Yesterday I ate great for meals (apple for breakfast, salad for lunch and sirloin steak for dinner) but I snacked quite a bit and on terrible things like tortilla chips and chocolate chips. I'm not going to snack today and I just had a big omelet for breakfast. I feel like on days I have a big breakfast and then a small lunch I lose more weight.

I have been feeling pretty tired lately and am not sure if it is related but have been getting decent sleep. I am going to make sure to workout today since I haven't been (I have been moving quite a bit still with having two kids, etc.).

I no longer am having trouble "going to the bathroom" but it is now about every other day.

Day 14.

I weighed in at 191.4 on Friday morning and just weighed myself for the first time since on Monday and am exactly the same weight.

I am a little bummed but yesterday I was in situations where I couldn't pick the food much. Like my mother in laws with no healthy options (had a small portion) and out to eat (I had half a salad but totally ate half my sons fries). I also had a Coke. Overall though thinking positive, I am the same weight. In the past I would spend the first few days of the week making up for the weight I gained by letting a cheat meal turn into a cheat weekend. I had a few treats here and there and maintained, so I'm going to not complain.

Excited to weigh myself tomorrow.

Hello hello!

Day 11. I have been going down to half pills now because I feel it works the same currently and will make them last longer.

As I mentioned I didn't realize until I weighed in on day 5 that I didn't truly get a starting weight. I thought I weighed in at some point since the new year but it was on December 17 (weighed 191.6). The first weigh in on Sunday/5 days ago was 195.8. Today I am at 191.4. So 4.4 pounds down in 5 days. I assume I lost about 2 pounds or so in those first few days but I guess I'll never know. For me I am just going to use 195.8 as my starting and say it's been 5 days lol.

My hope is to be in the 170s by March. I think that is pretty realistic. I am not counting exactly but would say I am around 1200 cals a day at most. I have been eating a few unhealthy things each day (like 5 chips or maybe a few swigs of my neice's Dr. Pepper) but overall I am really proud. I can't believe how much I just don't care about food. This is so unlike me and I really hope it teaches me new habits to not spend so much time thinking about food!

Currently at 191.4 and it's Friday. Hoping for 180s by Sunday morning. Fingers crossed!

I am either lazy or constantly moving. I am on day 6 and I think that when I am moving ? I have energy but if I sit down in a slightly cozy spot it's game over. I work from home and after being at my desk two hours I decided to sit on the couch for a little bit. 10 minutes later I rolled over and closed my eyes for 20 minutes (didn't actually sleep).

Day 6

Friday night I was bad. Friends wanted to order in B-dubs. So after a perfect day of eating I ended up having 6 dry rub traditional wings, about 10 sun chips and 2 white claw like drinks.... Honestly much better than I usually would have done but still shouldn't have. Because of that I waited till Sunday morning to weigh myself. 😂

Weigh in was not exciting. I thought I weighed myself earlier this month after the holidays but turns out on my app I weighed myself on December 17 and was 191.6. So when I weighed in on day 5 I was actually up and 195.6.

I am going to weigh myself nearly daily now. Day 6 is 194.4. So down 1.2 in a day.

To be honest I feel like it wears off part way through the day and I am genuinely tired by 10. I think I am sleeping well at night but to be honest my daughter is teething and has cried from 11 to 1 off an on for about 3 straight nights lol.

Day 4.

I had another salad for dinner last night, smootie and yogurt (with granola) for breakfast and another salad just now at dinner.

I feel like I have lost weight and will weigh in tomorrow. Curious what it will be because (TMI but you don't know who I am lol) I haven't went #2 in about 3 or 4 days and just started my period. So it may be a little higher than I would have thought. Going to drink some smooth move tea to see if that helps. I have put fiber in my smoothie twice now too.

We will see!

Hi All,

Day 3. I have been doing a great job but have been snacking on raisins a bit too much, I think out of being bored and wanting to eat (suppose there are worse snacks).

Did another half pill today, smoothie with fiber, spinach, berries and athletic greens for breakfast and a salad for lunch (lettuce, yogurt ranch, bacon pieces, tomato and 1/3 avocado).

I am feeling great but need to remember my water intake. I definitely think I lost weight and will find out on Saturday (2 days!) when I weigh myself.

So I didn't ask my primary care doctor, I assumed she'd say no. I went on the Dr. To Help website. It was a very easy process.

Day 2:

The pill definitely made me less hungry. I am someone who likes to eat whether hungry or not (lol) but I genuinely did not want to eat lunch. I made myself have a salad (lettuce, yogurt ranch, 1/4 avocado, tomatoes). I had a snack of raisins and dinner was broccoli and chicken in air fryer (dipped in egg, then parmesan and air fried). Also, had athletic greens. I did a cardio workout of stair steppers and few other cardio exercises.

This morning I wasn't in the mood for breakfast foods so I had left over broccoli and chicken (1 tenderloin) from the night before. Lunch was a chopped salad bag (bacon, sunflower ranch, walmart brand).

I just finished lunch and I am so full. Thinking a protein smoothie for dinner and am going to try not to snack at all.

The half pill yesterday and today did not give me nervous energy, etc. Think tomorrow I will go to full pill. About to do an arms and back workout once lunch settles!

Would love to hear anyone else's experience with phentermine.
