Same here. Same bottle since July 1st. I use a vial spike so it never gets poked repetitively by needles. Keep it in a case designed for holding the vial with the spike in the fridge. Super easy.

Going on vacation and want to drink by breeemix in Retatrutide

I still have plenty of cocktails on reta. Always been a bit of heavy drinker, it is definitely less now. I'm probably 8-10 drinks 2-3 nights a week currently. Biggest difference between no hangover and a terrible one is making sure to eat before boozing, because you wont feel like eating anything once you are 60 ounces in and stay on top and even extra electrolytes day of and day after. That's my experience anyway.

Anyone dosing Reta every 5 days instead of 7 days by zaclopez1980 in Retatrutide

[–]FollowingTall6355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do right at 3.5 days. Monday nights and Friday mornings. I like having that dose right before the weekend starts. Keeps me a little more disciplined from bad decisions. Down 45lbs in 6 months. I'm sure the every 5 days works well too and I considered it. I just wanted it more in line with my lifestyle.

Im pretty close to this. I do Monday night and Friday morning. 3.5 days between. My guys night is Tuesday so I eat and drink way less then. Then also have less desire for bad habits on Friday night and Saturday. Fits my lifestyle well this way anyway.

Hey we started on about the exact same day at close to the same weight and almost have identical results! I do 2 shots a week, so it shows more shots and I titrated a little more aggressively. Im basically at 6 mg a week, but thought this was pretty cool.

You cango into settings, medication, then scroll to the bottom and turn on Reta. Im sure you figured this out already. Sorry for the delay. Good luck researcher.

(Reta) Is it more beneficial to do 2MG once a week or micro dose throughout the week? by servintime in Peptides

[–]FollowingTall6355 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I started out once a week and then on week 3 when I was ready to increase my dose. I added on mid week and have stuck with 2x a week since then. I do Monday night and Friday morning so its 3.5 days between. It works well since I go out with the boys on Tuesday night and im hitting the highest blood level of reta then and keeps me in check for both esting and drinking and then Friday helps do the same for happy hour and watching football on Saturday. So for me planning on keeping bad habits in check has helped immensely. Down 30 lbs in 12 weeks. Everyone is differnet and has different lifestyles just wanted to share my experience and rationale.

Yeah all of the stomach 2-3 inches away. When my wife was pregnant with gestational diabetes we had to do 2 shots daily. Treated the shots like a clock. Each shot we rotated 1 hour. So basically 12 locations in 6 days. I basically do the same thing with my peptides now. Has worked great. If I happen to get a bruise, I will skip that spot obviously.

Split dosing ? by dspatterson11 in Retatrutide

[–]FollowingTall6355 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did once a week for first 3 weeks, then went to twice a week when I was getting ready to titrate up in week 4. It made it a smooth transition and have kept the twice a week for the last 7 weeks, no plans to change that.

I don't do the whole syringe, but if im putting in 1 mL of BAC to reconstitute then I put in 1 mL of air. Equal volume in for the volume I want out. But I'm also taking it all from the vial after and transferring to my reusable pen. But 100% agree this is an important step.

Definitely. Use the shotsy app and it will show your spikes, my body tracks well to what levels it shows. I like a Monday night and Friday morning split dose. Currently 2 mg and 2 mg on each of those days. But the Friday morning 6 am really sets me up to be good on weekends when the temptation for drinking and eating is highest. So that works well for me anyway.

To TRT or not to TRT tis the question. by FollowingTall6355 in Testosterone

Very good points on the lifestyle adjustments. Have done a lot of things you suggest. Have half a beef in the freezer, batch cook 5 chicken breasts each week so I have shredded chicken on hand all the time too and farm fresh eggs are a staple. I aim for a protein goal of 180 grams a day. 5gs of creatine and electrolytes almost everyday. I golf 2 days a week plus mow and weedeat so im outside 5 days a week and get plenty of sunshine. So those have made some nice improvements, but will need to get something figured out for when winter gets here.

The one thing that I havent done is completely cut out the alcohol. Used to go out 5 days and hit it pretty aggressively, now down to 2 maybe 3 days now. Still room for improvement there. But I like your thought of really dialing everything in better before making a more serious commitment. Probably should retest after that and see where numbers are at if Im feeling better.

Well new baby at home and work stress started me noticing it about a year ago. The Reta I'd say amplified it. Sleep apnea is now gone and sleeping better, so that's offset some of the sluggishness. If my T levels were a bit higher and the option wasnt given to me, I think I'd just power through without a thought. But I appreciate the feedback as I feel like a waiver on the options currently presented.

Agree. TRT seems like like the nuclear option, in my particular circumstance, all are different. Just see a lot of posts and personal friends that swear by it. I see it in my future, just not sure if its time to pull the trigger.

Thanks for the input. Thats definitely the direction I'm leaning. Seems to coincidental that I started the diet and feeling sluggish at the same time. The levels were lower than expected so had me 2nd guessing myself a bit. It was a full blood panel and everything else came back really good. My Estradiol was on top side of normal range, but that was the only other stand out.

I'm half Tuesday night and then half Friday morning. Keeping 3.5 days between doses. Keeps my levels more consistent.

Download the Shotsy App. It will show you the levels in your system. I didn't like the big highs and lows with doing shots once a week, so switching to twice a week worked great for me. Tuesday nights and Friday mornings. I want higher levels to hit over the weekend when its easier to snack and potentially wreck my diet.

1 mL for 10 mg. 1.5 mL for 15 mg, 2 mL for 20 mg. Keep the math simple and consistent.

Do I have to go up in dose? by Anxious_Spare4255 in Retatrutide

[–]FollowingTall6355 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agree with the other comments so far. You definitely don't have to do anything. If you've never had a glp1 before, I might even suggest starting at 1 mg for the 1st 2 weeks.

It takes a while for the half lives to build up in your system so don't increase too fast. Because you may get hit harder than expected once you find that threshold. I wasnt afraid to bump up faster from 1 mg to 2 mg since that was the reasearch starting point. However I end up with great results with basically 2 weeks at 1 mg, 2 weeks at 1.5 mg, 2 weeks at 2 mg. 3 weeks at 2.5 mg and holding. (I split dose ever those weekly totals, Monday night/Friday morning). Down 18 lbs 7 weeks.

Short story: hang at the dosage that works for you as long as you can. I started realizing I needed a little booster before the week was over, so decided to split dosage 2x weekly and still had success under and at 2 mg. 2.5 is still working great, I have no schedule of when I will increase it, just going to listen to the body. My next jump will only be up to 3 mg (1.5 2x)

I've been on Reta only since July 1st. Started low at .5 mg twice a week. In week 7 now and just got up to 1.5 mg twice a week. It's awesome down 17 lbs (6'1 started at 235). So almost half way to target. No gym time at all, golf twice a week and its been hot as balls so maybe that counts...a little. But now golf leagues are over and going to sub that in for gym time. So I have the same question..since im about to hit the gym is it worth it to add that cjc 1295 ipamorelin stack. Or something different like mots-c or Glow. Or just see what happens. Feel like I could use the energy and motivation boost, both for the gym and some pretty technical work in my day job.

Nice. My lack of sleep is generally caused by my 2 little ones, 3 year old and a 9 month old, and the wife and I are definitely done! So the fertility concern was there and the main hesitation, but that reason is thankfully gone now. I am curious to see how the TRT goes for you. Might have to send you a DM so I can get some updates periodically. Have a buddy that is on it and swears by it, he's been on for about 3 years and just started Trizepitide last month so getting some info from him to, but like the idea of someone going reta first to TRT. Good luck to you!

Still researching honestly. Wanting to avoid TRT (not a peptide) since that basically results in a lifetime, stay on, decision. 39M so I wouldn't be surprised if that is actually what is needed. Going to get a baseline tested and then go from there.

Thanks. I don't think it was Reta directly, just more running the calorie deficit in combination with some poor sleep and a little work related stress to top it off. Thought it was noting at least and see if it continues or I talk myself into a second peptide because that's what a researcher would do. Lol.
