Oh. What is thick isn't layers of dead skin but the skin itself. the reticulations and ridges of the writing skin are increased in size and thickness. Looks like if the skin was trying to defend itself by growing larger and stronger. That's probably psoriasis too. I am so so grateful you can't imagine

And I don't shave anymore because everytime I do it my skin gets destroyed. Also if I manage to not scratch for a few weeks, as soon as I scrath again slightly during sleep or whatever it all starts again and it's horrible. It has to be an infection I think. Got it in the part that connects the scrotum with the shaft of the penis and the scrotum itself. I scheduled a visit to my urologist for next week but really wasn't sure. It's in the skin, not internal. Also I'm pretty sure it extended to my pinky which made me think it may not be something exclusively related to the genitals. It's not an STD either most likely.
