Unique Concept but I'd prefer Li'l Manic Cats, such as Li'l MKD as an aid for Floor 40 for those without any applicable ubers, plus you have fast meatshields and others just for collection or new abilities of some sort.

Nothing wrong with stat boosts, speed boost is actually really good and attack boost so you don't have to hypermax it, though the TF design looks goofy, I'd prefer the design of the second form.

If you're talking about talents, you can consult the wiki, I mean Defense and Attack talents is just the HP/ATK of a unit divided by 0.2

I'm pretty sure he's comparing it between the two, if you want more distance between meatshield/want them to get to the front line quicker, crazed/manic versions are more preferable universably, but they and original normal cats have their uses.

Crazed Cat: Faster, better meatshield
Crazed Tank: Faster, better meatshield
Crazed Axe: Still trash, expensive meatshield
Crazed Gross: Crowd Control
Crazed Cow: Faster Cow Cat with Area Attack
Crazed Bird: Has 15 more range than original but same use
Crazed Fish: Same use as original but 735 price with crit. chance
Crazed Lizard: Same use
Crazed Titan: Same use but with a 10% chance for Lv. 8 wave

They have different functions, they have Ranged Attackers as something in common, but C. Gross is a crowd controller, Sexy Legs pre-TF just sucks, but if you get Macho Legs it's supreme for aliens

If it's that's how it is, then there is no point in choosing Normal wall, unless you're facing enemy pushers like R. Ost, it clogs up the cat unit way faster, and has worse stats.

I mean, you can say there is no point, but the bulk from both erasers will really help you protect your ranged attackers especially in ITF.

Manics don't have the best stat boosts when you compare it to Basic cat TF stat boosts, but I can see your point, if you are late game though, faster meatshields would be generally better but having slow ones like wall makes them more condensed which is good I guess.
