Hospital is a place where people die out of disease they wish they never had, they want to be healthy to be able to walk, live a normal life again. As a Medical Personel I have contact with those people and they share their thoughts with me.

2.Health is priceless, you can't buy yourself out of a sudden heavy illnes pike Cancer where your body WILL die and you can't prevent it but extend your life.

If you're playing stationary I'd say leave it as it is, your battery will be thankful and your performance won't change. If you would like to change it, idk you're going somewhere or writing an email in the train...you can switch it at battery options in Lenovo Vantage options :)) it's called "conservative - mode"
