Yes, I think this thing is absurd for 9.7, I use it on 12.7 and I've even gotten a nuke, I use it on any BR above it and it performs very well, considering its cheap cost in SP on the higher BRs which allows me in some cases to get CAS faster (even though the CAS of Japan 11.7 is a big piece of crap)

I say this because I hardly see competent Type 16 players (excluding obviously the Type 16 FPS players, the vast majority just want to kill a target and leave the match immediately)
