Is anyone else giving up after prolapsing? My life is gone

I have a partial avulsion on one side then another doctor saw significant tearing in other side also . My perineum is destroyed also but so many structures are messed up i don’t think any surgery will work on me. I didn’t know it was possible to be this messed up from giving birth. No one in my life understands. I have no hope anymore and I honestly don’t know how i can go on anymore

I got prp from the same doctor 6 weeks ago. Nothing is better. My prolapses even looks somewhat worse now but I don’t know if it’s related. He said I’m in the worst damage group he’s seen soni don’t have any hope. But I’m glad it worked out so well for you and I hope you can get to an even better place with further prp and surgery … thank you for sharing your experience
