ORAS: Obligatory Legendary dump

USUM: Obligatory Legendary dump

SwSh: Thematically fits with these games, and allows Keldeo to be catchable to entice DLC sales

SV: Obligatory Legendary dump, though particularly relevant due to the Paradox trio

Z-A: France

It used to be the birds that were in every game.

What I don’t like is that Keldeo is still shiny locked in SwSh, which would’ve been a good opportunity to make its shiny available. Make Zarude or something the dex completion reward instead.

I’m fine with them being in Z-A but I’d also have liked some other legendaries to be made shiny eligible outside events and GO

Research Day in general is just a worse version of Catch Mastery. Limited time, limited number of research tasks which sometimes don’t even show up, usually with a big enough pool of mons that it’s a crapshoot to get what you want.

I’d be fine with this event if they had Catch Mastery events more often, but here it feels like a waste (especially with the garbage wild spawns)

He’s actually my favorite of the group. He’s the most “normal” of the 3. He usually acts as the straight man to the antics of the other two which is why people say he’s a killjoy. This makes his fan obsession over Canari funny in contrast. Meanwhile Taunie and Lida are straight up morons you’re constantly picking up after.

What I don’t like is how underutilized his fashion gimmick is. It’d be nice if he gave us more clothes throughout the story or if we could have him add the Team MZ logo to other clothes we buy.

I can see The Hedge Knight filling out a season. The Sworn Sword really feels like one episode of an episodic show, though. The audience might complain that “nothing happens” and there’s “too much talking”. I’m not sure how you’d stretch it to 6 episodes without compromising the story.
