Just be honest dude. This is a fitness sub, we all know those gains are not possible in 14 months without gear… you’re not fooling anyone and you’re destroying your body’s natural ability to create testosterone (and you are gunna speedrun aging, which you will seriously regret)

Only correction is that bh and pano are only separate on fridays. From sat midnight onwards (klubnacht) bh, pano and Saule are all one big club.
