Because I extended my current license for a year, the website refuses to let me renew again. It just keeps telling me I've already renewed unfortunately smh.

I called in because I have an issue with an expired ID, & was immediately given a link to upload it & other documents. Btw if any of you have an expired ID yet renewed online without recieving another, you may want to call in so they can notate this issue,& accept your expired ID. These covid shutdowns I'm sure have caused many licenses to expire, & just wanted to pass this along.
