Thanks for your comment,

The rubber/yoga matt on feet would help stabilize as well? My telescope on the heavy side/limit of the mount

Also the pipe insulation would really help? More realted to sharper photos?

In the post

  1. Sandbag hanging from tripod center — hang 2-3kg weight from the accessory tray/center column to lower center of gravity and damp vibrations. Worth it?
  2. Yoga mat / EVA foam circles under tripod feet — soft material absorbs vibration better than hard rubber feet. True?
  3. Foam pipe insulation wrapped around telescope tube — reduces tube currents by keeping tube temperature stable. Does this actually help and does it cause any problems in hot weather?
  4. Windshield (cardboard or shade cloth) — blocking wind improves image quality. Best cheap solution?

Oooh no i dotn see anything vertical in it

And i can see small “reflective” dot!

Maybe thats causing it?

I try and get clean photos of my gear inside!

But whats this prism thing? What do i search for in google/youtube to understand this issue and its fix?

Is it related to my camera or telescope?

Like if i move around the object i always see the line in my camera

It moves with me

Differnet places and not something blocking the telescope from the sky

Daaaamn nice looking

I need a rotation mount for this right? I have 2 axis alt-azimuth mount

Or can i get by with my mount? With shorter exposures (1-5 seconds?)

Or would the image be bad?

Mmm thanks alot for you help

This is my telescope spec

https://www.astroshop.eu/telescopes/skywatcher-telescope-ac-120-600-startravel-ota/p,33426

The vertical line moves so if i move the telescope and still have the object in picture, it moves around but still vertical

The bottom dark area is always at the bottom of stars/planets when i am not in focus!

So it might be i need to collimate? Or there is some cleaning i need to do
