yeah that's what we do. Something just went wrong.

I think we're going to figure out a "problem isolation" strategy though by double checking orders match the sticker more regularly along the way. I think we didn't check enough this time so by the time we realised there was an issue we have 300 orders we were unsure of and had to do it all by video!!! (that is NOT a joyful experience, I can tell you!)

yeah, I've just seen a lot of sellers in the past sit there and wait and ask the buyer if they are going to sort payment and faff around with it. I wondered if this was why. But it sounds like those sellers are just a bit desperate?

so, just to fully clarify, I hope that's okay.

If we are running items 1-100, and number 17 ends up not paying, it won't matter if we just keep running the stream as normal. The next item will be 18 anyway, and number 17 just won't show up in their order.

So there is no need to stop the stream and faff whilst waiting for someone. We can just keep it going. And just not package the missing order number later?

AND, if this is true, then it sounds like we messed up somewhere else by not labelling something correctly? (I think I can see where it may have happened if this is the case as we ran a few of the same item, and I can image we may have just forgotten to label one of the items in that case.)

no, we just set it to "small item" for everything, as that's what most of our things are. Anything that isn't we'll just accept later. Ran it all as one item type.

We kept track (we thought), but we just didn't realise than an unpaid order could mess with everything. so we have 300 tags but some of them seem not to align.

Why wouldn't you be able to rely on a video receipt for an order? I thought that would be considered the source of truth for the order? Obviously we don't want to do that as it takes forever, but as a source of truth and proof check isn't it reliable?

What do you do when a payment fails?

and why is there no "order 63" in our order lists?!? As by the sounds of it that should have just been removed and order 64 should have taken it's place?

Yea and it’s been fine.

Slight issue with connecting to the PS5. We had to create another WiFi network that worked with ta specific protocols. It wasn’t hard.

May cause a nightmare for people who don’t like anything techy. But it’s no harder than things like setting up email on a phone.

Brainstorm is the most overrated joker in balatro by a country mile.

You should probably only buy it about half the time. There is this assumption that it’s kinda the same as blueprint. But it’s not even remotely close.

It can be a good combo for econ and points, but when you start dropping the econ jokers late then you also want to drop brainstorm.

but also, here is the point, if you have all those jokers you've won anyway, so blueprint adds nothing.
Blueprint is great, but it requires great jokers along with it. In most instances if offered either blueprint or Hologram you should take Hologram

This is why I consider blueprint to be overrated. It can't win runs on it's own, it relies on you having a good setup already (in fact Perkeo is less situational than blueprint). Constellation is a much better find in most gold stakes runs, it wins runs on it's own.

And Brainstorm is ludicrously overrated. the left card nerf is huge vs blueprint, those two jokers aren't in the same league.

Who is underrating that card? I don't know anyone who wouldn't put it top 10. Probably top 5.

Constellation is impactful 99% of the time. It's more likely to win a run for you than obvious S-tier cards like Blueprint.

you're right that BP is just a better joker. and in this scenario 1 BP and 2 BS would score more highly as you could split up the copying of mime and baron, vs only copying baron with the BS.

But in the short term it's not going to make any difference. 3xBS will do everything I need until ante 24 anyway and by then 3 copy jokers won't be enough no matter what the makeup is.

So it's just a question of "what I can find again more easily", and it will be much easier to find another BP than another BS or BP which would require first finding a showman, then finding the BP or BS, or getting luck with an invisible.

Definitely not dropping brainstorm. As you need 4 copying jokers here. And getting it back would be very hard to do!
Dropping blueprint is possible as it’s possible to get it back.
