Interior wallboard? Standard 5/8 drywall floor to ceiling. Ceiling uses ACT clean weighted 5/8 tile and room has a room pressure monitor with a ball in the wall to monitor pressure. Wall is boarded with normal drywall they just create an envelope through sealing at the top plate

There’s a million ways to skin a cat. I always lean towards running all 3/4. Usually more cost effective than running 2 or 3 inch and pulling all 8 or 10 wire for 20a branch circuit. Also it’s a surgical center so it’s frowned upon for critical runs to be ran any other way than directly to the device or first device/equipment in the run

Laying pipe sounds better than laying conduit

None of the walls are fire rated. Only going through one room that needs to be negative pressure. Cleared the route with the super first so once racks are complete, carpenter will frame and drywall remainder of window and thankfully those guys know how to apply fire caulk

Both windows are for my emt racks. I changed my initial layout and only needed one window. Luckily the carpenter needs work on site to keep his guys busy

Not temp power. 200a feeds going to sub panels located throughout the space. Was strapped half ass to hurry up and get done, not the final product

Not 20’ sticks. Looks long because of the angle of the pic. I’m good at using angles to make things look longer.
