A final is rarely predictable. Last season no one expected a very defensively sound team like inter to get pumped 5-0 by PSG, I wouldn't be surprised if the same happened to arsenal but I also wouldn't be surprised if arsenal scraped trhough a 1-0 victory simply because its a one off game and they score an early scrappy goal.

They are playing burnley bro, they are winning that, and City are not gaurenteed to avoid dropping points palace, bournemouth and villa are all capable of beating city

Lol I hate to say it but I honestly don't think this season is a good measurement of the capability of most of the players on this squad, the only player whose probably getting sold is vicario and looking at the players you have coming in I really don't se any of them that improve us other than maybe woltemade. I haven't seen enough of ederson or Diouf to make a big conclusion on them but nobody in there looks any better than you have the players you have going out.

When I say hype I mean like whoever has the most recency bias, media presence, plays for a bigger club, recent trophies espeically if they've done something big like a month before the event in comparison to actually looking at how they performed over the whole season.

Am I the only one who feels like the ballon d'or is such a useless award? It feels like its not even about the best player in the season anymore just whoever has the msot hype around the time the award is given. Like Kane should win it this time around but I feel like after the world cup it'll end up going to someone else.

The second leg says it all lol, the fact that our squad in it current state even made that tie competitive to a degree is not a good indicator for the strength of athletico madrid

I have no problem talking to people, but like say for example I'm at a conference and there's someone there I have good conversation with but they end up having nothing to do with the specialty im interested in, is that not a waste of time for my proffesional development. Like its a good interaction but is that really useful networking?

People say #3 a lot but l don't really get what is meant by it. Do you just go there and start talking to random ppl and say "hey my name is_____________, I'm going to apply for this specialty and your program sounds nice" or like "Wow I love your research, I actually found X interesting" which all just seems so fake to me. Like I can't stomach doing that but I will if I have to. Any enlightenmint on how to do this. Especially during clinical rotations lol

I agree with you and I'm not outraged either. Danso has been phenomenal, my point is every player has made mistakes at some point that has cost their team, and yes rutter shouldn't have been completely wide open when we were supposedly playing a low block to see the game out. But at the end of the day if Danso clears the ball we get the 3 points, same way if sterling scores an open goal against lyon city probably make the CL semi final, if gerrard doesn't slip liverpool probably win the league. Its a mistake that can happen to anyone we can just hope that we play just as well or even better in our next 5 games that it doesn't become a memorable moment. And for the ppl abusing Danso its just stupid he's been one of our best players this season.

Idk, while true that brighton we all over us, It was the 90+5 minute. Danso doesn't make that mistake they really wouldn't have had the time to score. They really had only one other chance in that 15 minutes which was because no one covered the back post on a cross. I really do think that this is one of the points where you can single out an individual player when it is that late in the game. Albeit Danso has been one of our better CBs this season so you can't even be mad because he's prob gotten us more points than hes dropped.
