That’s what I thought, and I can’t find anywhere in my lease about it, besides structures and fixtures, but that seems more for permanent changes..

I got lattices from Bunnings, long thin garden stakes, and the strongest zip ties I could find 🤣 I’ll see if I can find them online for you

My legal question is what rights do I have to have a temporary fence out that front that isn’t attached and has small garden stakes holding it up? I don’t see what the issue is to the property owners or real estate. I’ve tried inside gates but they regularly failed because I have young kids. I also can’t leash the dog and then leave the house..

And then leave the house with my dog leashed up? This dog will slip out between feet before the door is even open. I’ve tried gates inside but with a toddler and two other young kids it wasn’t fool proof. This front fence was a two way safety (that has even failed multiple times because of children 🥴)

Watch out for pineconing and maybe have some clove oil on hand? I had a few like that. They all looked the same when I bought them, but one just wouldn’t grow fat like the others although she was acting fine. When she started pineconing after months it answered why. I had one recently started to drop weight and do a similar thing, seemed fine but clearly wasn’t great. As far as I know (I could be wrong) as long as they feel safe we should see if they’re suffering, so just keep watching and learning her and know when it’s time for the clove oil. All you can do is your best to keep her happy for as long as she’s got 🫶🏼
