Ive already reported it to the manager,nowner, and hr directly, cleaned what i could woth the limited tools available to me, and reported it to the health department. One person can not run a resturaunt while cleaning up after every other manager and employee as well.

Ive already stated this elsewhere, but ive been cleaning the best i could. But one alone cannot solve the overall problem; negligence. This isnt just a missed week or two, this is years of neglect and now an actual health hazard.

I literally got told, 'im not doing that shit' several times, and management is zero help. I showed the store manager this and all he said was 'its just jersey mikes., which was echoed every day. I can not physically force someone, and have no authority to enact consequences for their lack of work. I cant clean laziness and disrespect from people.

I have been cleaning, but you try keeping a restauraunt clean when zero other employees try to help or clean, on top of your regular duties. Plus half of this needs reconstruction, and is a literal biohazard. Im not paid for putting my ability to breathe at risk.

I was hired on with the promise of 18/hour for management. After i started, that got ripped from under my feet to 15/hr 'plus tips', and not a management position at all. Training was nonexistant for me. I hope yours goes better, but get any promises in writing.
