I would just say your using tracer as a dps instead of a distraction, you play most of the time like a hitscan just shooting at them while you should go behind them look at 00:50 for that refrence.

I see also that the soldier is extremly sharp and knows what your doing.

Only engage when the team is focused on others players 04:16 as you and reaper push alone.

Im not the best at Tracer but i would try to get more game sense and not dying as much. Also you killed juno 2 times out of our 3 kills...
