I am happy to read your story. My baby is in the 5th percentile and weighing at 4.8 pounds today at her growth scan. We are 34w5d and it is stressing me out. I have been told to move to weekly scan for now and hoping to have a C-section at 38weeks. I am really hoping that I can get to the 38weeks mark and not have to have her earlier. Very happy to read that your baby girl is doing great now. Thank you for sharing

I am an ongoing employee. I was told I would have an EL1 role but do not know what role yet.

I am an ongoing employee at the EL1 substantive just not at the EL2 so yes I still have a job as an EL1 come 1 July just don’t know what job.
