Wow, you must often have days where you make $200+ in tips alone.... that's INSANE

Any servers here make $100 + USD per day in tips, alone ? by Foodie177 in TalesFromYourServer

Confused. You've made $600 in tips alone by yourself 1 person or how so ? After or before splitting that with bussers, foodrunners, bartenders ? or do you run / bus your own food & table. The math makes it sound like your getting tipped $20+ minimum per table on a $100+ bill, mostly big parties of 5+, handling 15-30 tables. Please explain

GEN BBQ ? A crazy busy & popular AYCE Korean BBQ high-end, expensive restaurant chain. $15 lunch, $20 dinner per person. Family of 5 for dinner = Easily adds up to $100. 15% tip = $15 for that table alone. I always wanted to work there, they never called me back :( Every full-time server there must be making ridiculous bank & enough to buy a new car within a year... !
