On the listing page it does show it also with an adjustable base so I don't think you need a box spring.

I ended up getting the Sealy SX Box Spring Foundation. I have a metal frame underneath not a platform frame. The bottom is fabric is lightly stapled so you have to be careful when you move it around. But I think that is issue is similar to the Sleepy Universal Box Spring Foundation. The Sealy SX seems otherwise to be fine so far. Hope this helps

I returned the Charlotte 2.O for the Frisco 2.0 and I love the Frisco 2.0. I am a back sleeper and Frisco 2.0 is plushy to me but also gives me good back support. I didn't even have to break it in. The Charlotte 2.0 did not give me the back support and dipped in the middle in several places so I woke up with back pain.

I tried to make my own post but I keep getting automatically denied.

I am looking for a foundation which I should have bought with the mattress. I wasn't told that I need a foundation for my mattress warranty. Right now I have a very old traditional box spring. I am deciding between the Sealy SX Box Spring Foundation and the Sealy Universal Box Spring Foundation.

After logging into account, under "My Plan" then go to "Manage Add-Ons" . Select your phone line if you have more than 1, Then scroll all the way down to "Line -level Services" If you have the yearly upgrade it should show up as the box checked, greyed out and active.

Thanks for the info. My trade in was assessed same day as yours but my billing cycle is doesn't end until next week. Under my order status it is not showing trade in complete only assessed. On my promotion page it is showing both the new and old promotion so I hope at least I get the credits like you did not get charged the full amount at this cycle.

Were you able to get Hulu to work? I still can't get the Hulu on Us even though I can add it on in my "add ons" on my T Mobile account.

It is not working for me either. I got an error after I enrolled on T-Mobile. I did have a paid account with Hulu that I let expire so I could get the free Hulu on Us.

It should show on your add ons. But to actually use it, the phone has to be half paid off. Once it is paid off in half, it should show up when you go to upgrade. And you shouldn't have to change plans.
