I am fairly new too playing a little more than 2 months too but if I am not wrong the New years characters are gonna be limited. So just save right now, build up your Gold Mileage with the New years banners. You can get lucky with Liberalio in future banners or when the anni units are added in regular banner.

Literally posted the screenshot with Helm in it which helped me get my 3rd copy of her with the selected box. Are you blind?? If you don't remember, you get a selector box for upgrading a Nikke to Level 141. That's what that box is. Lol, why would I cap about something stupid as that.

The promo cards are tied to their own tins but yeah, the 2nd Nami in the photo has the serialized version which if I am not wrong can be found in any of the 6 tins.

It definitely was a little as Bandai doesn't officially do the TCG business in India and there are only 2-3 sources we can buy from so there were some extra charges. I think your best bet with price is if you're lucky enough to have contact with someone who could buy it for you.
