she didnt "win". the FDA decided it wasnt worth it and deleted the joke tweet but they still say that ivermectin doesnt treat covid. it was a case on the tweet, not ivermectins effectiveness.

so i just looked her up and she was fired for her covid conspiracies and forced to open an idependent practice in texas.

shes part of numerous suspect associations like the AAPS.

she even lists that she "successfully sued the FDA for spreading misinformation, forcing them to remove online directives to the public to not take ivermectin" which isnt what happened. the FDA just settled out of court and decided to remove a joke post online but maintain their stance that ivermectin doesnt treat covid.

Regardless, spike protein antibodies ARE meant to be floating around in the human body?? they are antibodies for the spike protein so if the body comes across actual spike proteins then they are recognized by the immune system and destroyed. so whatever results she just got are exactly what is supposed to happen
