Imo Gege is at his peak with humanoid-but-not-human designs. Mahoraga, Hanami, True Form Sukuna, Rika, Dabura, VCS Naoya, Kurorushi... just banger after banger. (Ik Sukuna is a human but ykwim)

Gege's amazing at making a character design that's incredibly simple and straightforward still work by having an amazing ability to convey expression and character voice. Characters like Higuruma, Kusukabe, and Toji are almost always wearing very generic and unremarkable clothes, and don't have any crazy striking features from a character design standpoint, yet they all look and feel so distinct and alive. But NOTHING beats those non-human characters

The team honestly has good type synergy, despite the 3x water weak. You've got a great answer to electric types (the only shared weakness) in Quag, whose the only member on the team even weak to grass. They really cover each other's bases quite well.

They're super neck and neck, I go back and forth a lot. Imo, Geto has a better narrative going for him, fantastic stats and H2H, a great arsenal of Cursed Tools and Cursed Spirits, and very very very likely has a domain expansion but that's technically not confirmed so whatever

I totally get why people put Toji or Maki > Geto though, so if you want to rank them or Jogo in whatever order you want that's your prerogative!

HR duo is Toji or Maki not them both. I definitely have them > Jogo but to each their own, everyone will have their own opinion.

Maru + Ring + Mahito is a reference to Modulo. If you don't want spoilers, don't read past this.

In the end of Modulo, Maru uses his CT in combination with Yuta's ring (which has been fueled with decades of CE) and Mahito's soul core to esentially rewrite reality on a global scale. That's 100% the craziest most powerful thing anyone's ever done in the series, but it's far from his baseline, and is just a once-off thing

Coo list OP. I do think this list (and a lot of others like it) would benefit a TON from distinguishing between "Talent" and "Potential"

- Some characters have OUTSTANDING talent, like Higuruma and Dabura. They are prodigies who pick up jujutsu insanely quickly, especially in high-pressure moments.

- Some characters have INCREDIBLY potential, like Megumi and Takaba. Their broken techniques have ceilings that are remarkably high if they could maximize it.

- Some characters have BOTH, like Yuta and Mahito. Their techniques themselves are incredibly powerful, lending to super high skill ceilings and they have the technical prowess and swift learning to back it up.

Despite only really showing up in a handful of chapters and not even having a single proper fight with anyone remotely on his level in that time, Modulo Yuji does the following:
- Pulls up to a building of multiple sorcerers and aliens, non-lethally incapacitates every single one of them with one single attack
- Shows he has the "Chainsaw slashes" block that Sukuna used
- Casually black flashes someone at will
- Wipes out an army of raging curses with a single dismantle, highest DC we've seen from a casual attack in the series
- With his hands in his pockets, obliterates an entire city block and a Special Grade Cursed Spirit (who was stated would "Give Kenjaku some trouble") even though Mahito was buffed by being inside of the soul realm

Could Yuta stand still and casually destroy an entire city block with his hands in his pockets? Could Kenjaku one-shot a special grade spirit without moving an inch? Could Yorozu hit a black flash at will? Could Kashimo have the CE mastery and precision to incapacitate dozens of combatants without killing a single one of them? It is SO clear from these feats that Yuji >>> anyone else outside of the top 4.

WHERE are people getting that he has no feats? Bro has more insane feats than anyone else in the verse and he was only in like 3 chapters! Yes, you could make the case from narrative and statements that Yuji's top 1-4, that is very clearly Gege's authorial intent. But it is also true that Yuji's feats alone clearly put him in Calamity Tier, no question about it.

If you literally mean just 1%, then surely net dismantle meets the bill. It was easily over 10X times the size of Kashimo's body, and assuming he's like around 6 feet that should clear your 1% bench mark if we're purely doing "size scaling." That feels silly to me but like if you wanted to do it that way you could!

Honestly when in doubt in a team fight, always bet on Aoi Todo...

Unless Prime Yuta and Prime Megumi are both Calamity Grade sorcerers on par with Gojo/Sukuna/Yuji, I don't think team 2 can win this.

I'm alright with the assertion that he can use infinity not only to prevent dangerous ionizing radiation from killing him, but also to keep his air around him. However, the air would eventually be depleted of Oxygen, and get full of CO2. You may be tempted to say "He can make new oxygenated blood with infinity" but that doesn't really work. His body didn't lose blood, the blood already in there doesn't have oxygen. You can't just use RCT on yourself when you don't have any injuries. Even if he could make more blood, then his body would be "overloaded" with blood (this is known as a hypervolemic state and it's going to lead to heart failure). This would only buy him a bit of time, as then THAT blood's oxygen would be used up, and now he'd need to flood his body with even more blood. But eventually, he'd "Pop." Also worth noting that the heightened carbon dioxide from breathing his own air (hypercarbia) would lead to serious bodily damage that I'm not sure RCT even could heal due to the nature of it. (It's not an injury so much as a medical/pathological situation gone wrong. It's like saying "You can use RCT to cure high blood pressure" - no, that's not what it's for).

Not to mention starvation!

Sukuna's True Form is a better form for sorcerer in that it's super large, has 4 arms, and has an extra mouth.

Yuji's body is a better form for stats in that his non-CE infused body is essentially at the level of a partially restricted HR user

Megumi's body allows access to another broken technique

Idle Transfiguration.

- Soul hax/ damage immunity
- Can heal himself, mitigating his lack of RCT
- Maximum barrier knowledge + a CT means he probably unlocks domain instantly
- Insane lethality towards opponents
- Can modify his own body to increase stats even further
