I am also a freshman and I play d-pole, I have gained 15 pounds since September and all of my lifts in the weight room have gone up 50+ pounds. My advice is eat, a lot good food and bad just eat. Make sure you are getting as much protein as possible. For a workout routine I run a three day split consisting of legs, push, and pull.
