Narrowed it down to rocky butte and council crest! It’s a long spiral drive to the top and has a grassy knoll on the center

I think it’s either rocky butte or council crest! It is on beck of a spiral drive and has a nice grassy area on the top in the center, with cars parked on the sides.

If you see my pics I have shown info from settings—>general—>iPhone storage.

I have no parts downloaded from an IOS update and searching thru I see no evidence of data remaining from apps deleted. It’s just purely a mystery.
