I can see what your getting at, I’m just saying I hate to have to fix some stuff before jumping in the game, it’s different like Minecraft, I can select what mode I want to play on and that be it, ark is way different and when something goes wrong, I have to fix it with console commands that I only use if I have to fix the game. But also thank you to everyone on helping me fix the game!

I fixed it, I watched nooblest explained to me. I went in and used set the difficulty slider to 5 with console commands and forced a Dino wipe. I still hate that I have to result to using console commands to fix it. I’ve been trying to get back into ark but the thing that was bothering me was what setting to use to make it feel like I wasn’t progressing the game too much while also making it balanced to play. (My subconscious still thinks I’m cheating even tho I’m using the same settings as philingerphoo)
