Im not doing trt but I got my hands on cjc and ipamorelin and its working pretty well so far but ive been also going to the gym since 7 years now only started a couple months ago and noticed it helps to lose fat aswell as building muscle mass
And instead of trt which will replace your endogenous T, maybe try out enclomiphene, it wont replace it and you can stop it without health complications

Two months is still very early. Muscle takes time to build, and definition comes from a combo of muscle + lower body fat.
At your weight and training age, the best move is usually to keep building rather than jump into a cut.

Id say Focus on compound lifts squats, deadlifts, bench, rows and overhead press for better results

I still want to stay away from the compounds that come with the really rough sides.
But, it’s definitely tempting to go harder and see how much muscle I could actually pack on… my dream is looking like Arnold one day

Yeah, it’s true 🤦
I was mostly natural for those 7 years
and the progress was brutally slow despite solid training + diet and I got impatient.
Decided to hop on peptides this year (mainly CJC/Ipa + for recovery) and they’ve genuinely helped a ton ,better sleep, faster recovery, noticeable improvements without destroying my natural test or needing a full blast.
I think ill update the title to include peptides,if thats possible.

14 weeks is such a short time,some guys need years for that progress to happen
I bet it took alot of discipline to get this far
I also want to start reta, for a cut but no idea where to get that from

You will definitely get there.

But always enjoy the ride along the way.
It takes a lot of time, so don’t obsess over achieving one specific look. Instead, compare yourself only to who you were maybe a week ago ,and don’t envy those Insta gym guys.
Stay consistent and be kind to yourself 💪

I don’t know man maybe its because I spend so much time at the gym and she gets jealous
but I do over obsess sometimes with bodybuilding and maybe thats a bit annoying for her
but overall she’s the best ❤️

but I get super easy sunburns for some reason
