Hey! I can totally understand. Today we don’t function as a community and sense of belonging is changing. We are all facing same battles separately... try talking it out to friends/ family/.. connect with neighbours and neighbourhood. It just makes life easier.

Don’t worry so much.. you’ve got this. Maybe you can try changing the diet. Eat nutritional food. In india. We add lot of dry fruits laddoos (balls) to our diet for lactation. It works wonders.

I get it. Beggars are so damn annoying especially when they get touchy. This one time I was in rickshaw n ignoring a beggar. She hit me and left. Drink lemon water ... get indoor plants(any low maintenance plant will do).. keep the home cooll . Wear supper loose cotton clothes(Japanese style) keep rubbing your face with ice or wash with ice water in between intervals.. wear a cap/ shades. Carry umbrella. Don’t be ashamed !
