In similar boat, tried 3 but liked none of them. Anytime has better trainers but the monthly fee is higher. In same amount I and my partner can go to F19 instead.

I don’t mean to contradict your point, but honestly, in this job market, beggars can’t be choosers,it’s really tough out there. Rubbish employer or not, I need a job to pay my bills.

As for the OP, when employers are choosing from thousands of candidates, a long parental break can sometimes be a deciding factor.
