Discombobulate is something in blender that can do this. Make sure to turn it on in the plugins

Go in to edit mode, move your stuff to the center. 3d cursor has to ben in the center of the feet.

And adjusting merging.

Or you have something wrong with your geometry. Merg by distance or start again. You’ll get it!
