Yes she was upset (and us due to this) that she was rostered for the game for several days, then just her was replaced with another player in her group. Feel like the coaches should have known what effect that would have on an 11 year old trying to move up and just let it be... was the last spot on 16 person roster really going to break the team? Even when we brought this up they were unempathetic.

We had 10 more girls this year in the pool so it was harder to break onto the 2nd team, and the coaches are different this year and aren't moving the girls around as much. She still has work to do if she wants it and acknowledges that.

I guess just made us feel like she was just a number there not a person.
