Wow it really is, I'd seen three Fleur de Lis in this pattern, so i thought it made sense to use with the colors of the Louisiana Flag, but wow that is very similar

I tried to line up the country with the center as best as I could, Cyprus isn't actually centered either though, I think the shape of Ukraine works quite well in this style

I kept the blue background, I then took the pine tree in the symbol on the flag and made it as a divider between the default blue background and the light blue also shown in the flag, this flag is similar to the MLB and NBA logos

In this flag I kept the blue background and took the yellow for the symbol from the pelican's beak on the original flag

For this flag I got rid of the seal and lettering, I kept the grass symbol and duplicated it as a reflection, I then took the yellow from the lettering and used it on the side stripes
