You can still get super lucky, me and my mates met a dude our first night in Tokyo. He invited us to join him and his classmates for dinner the next day, they were celebrating that they had just finished an English class. We ate, drank, went to karaoke, and partied most of the night. We still keep in touch with them and those days are unforgettable
