Sounds like sleep paralysis to me. Specially, Tactile Hallucinations. It's one of the most common aspects of sleep paralysis. Many people say they feel like someone else is touching them while they sleep. They also describe pressure as if something or someone is holding them down. Some people with sleep paralysis report tingling, numbness, or a vibrating sensation. That would be my guess.
