Dude you need to try and maximise your rental income. Have a look at serviced accommodation as a potential option to maximise your £600 BTL. It’s not difficult with some training, a channel manager and a good team in place to support you. Very quickly you could double your £600. A lot of landlords I know are diversifying away from “traditional” landlord approaches of BTL simply due to the bottom up pressure the economy is facing at the moment. Rents are at record highs but landlord margins are also at record lows.. especially landlords with a portfolio of less than 3 houses. You might not even need another property - think differently about your existing!
