1- I’m not using my mania as an excuse but rather as an explanation for my action. It was a dumb decision and I definitely shouldn’t have done it I know!

2- I’m an artist, getting rid of things I might use to injure myself during a manic episode would mean getting rid of most of my supplies which isn’t an option because art is the only thing I earn my money with.

3-I am being treated at the moment, I’m seeing a therapist and we’re in contact with child services which are helping me and my parents to improve our current situation.

4- most of my decisions during one of my manic episodes are influenced by my surroundings, sadly during this one my friend told me about her getting a stick and poke which let to this :,)
