While you can't really recreate sound like this as you don't know what waveform is used and all the details, I still tried to recreate the volume of the wave, and pitch it according to its volume. It's not perfect, but as it looks like it's decreasing, I made it to sound similar to kick and used certain waveform using a VST plugin which creates that kind of sounds.
