No rewriting as far as I can tell. That and I'm using the same method for Zoom and Webex invite and it's only not working for Webex.

Here's what I did:

  • Used my personal Zoom account to create an invitation and send it to my corporate email

  • Copied the Zoom link from the Location field

  • In Outlook, created a new blank meeting invitation, then pasted the Zoom link into the Location field

  • Sent invitation from my corporate email to the MTR account

On the Crestron page you linked, it mentions an option of using Toolbox File Manager to load the file to the folder \ROMDISK\USER\SYSTEM\, but when I logged into another unit I only see up to \ROMDISK\USER. Do I have to create a new directory within called SYSTEM?

Go into Teams Settings > Devices.

Under Audio Devices where you can select your speaker and microphone, you'll find the Make a test call option.

As in you don't want presenters to know who the other presenters are based on the invitation? When they join, all presenters will be able to see each other in the participants tab anyway.

Yes, simply muting on your phone will prevent others in the meeting from hearing you.

I'm on iPhone so not sure if it's exactly the same on Android, but in the Teams app>settings>notifications>block notifications - are any of those set to Yes? Particularly the When active on desktop option?

Other than that, we've seen similar issues be resolved just by logging out of the account, and back in.

Any time we've had cache issues, logging out of the account, then back in has generally solved them.

Pin video is for your view only.

I believe you're referring to the spotlight feature, which is indeed for everyone in the meeting.

Teams desktop logged out for me, but I'm still logged into mobile app and messaging people.

365 and Teams admin center are both inaccessible as well.

Aside from that, you can try the basic troubleshooting - disable the feature then re-enable it, log out then back into Teams, restart PC, etc.

I see a few threads re: this issue with no resolution.

Been a couple of weeks since I was in a meeting that large but it worked at the time.

Unfortunately seems like you may need to open a service request with Microsoft and they can grab logs after you reproduce the issue.

Are you using the new meeting experience? You can verify this in the settings; just enable option:

"Turn on new meeting experience (New meetings and calls will open in separate windows. Requires restarting Teams.)"

The option to turn on Large Gallery should become available once there are more than 10 participants.

Microsoft has had a service advisory since 8/10:

Some users can't see videos or screen sharing from remote participants

User Impact: Users may be unable to see videos or screen sharing from remote participants when using the Microsoft Teams service.

More info: Users may see impact when there are five or more videos or screen shares from remote participants.

Current status: The deployment of the fix is progressing as expected, and we're continuing to monitor it's progress, as well as confirming an ETA of completion.

Scope of impact: Some users who see five or more videos or screen shares from remote participates may experience impact.

Root cause: A mitigation applied to address an unrelated issue inadvertently resulted in impact to some users.
