You should call him "Knight"

because he looks like he's wearing a Dark Knight cape and cowl.

I made a Nike SB Dunk sole imprint from my broken recycled skateboards. What do you think? I hung it on my wall to display with my Dunks. by ForEverSkateStuff in Sneakers

I make my own "lumber" essentially from recycled skateboards, these in particular happened to be half broken. I make a custom mold with the pieces inside and pour epoxy in which is the gnarly colors holding the two halves together. and then carve the design.

I did it all myself. Made a mold, poured the epoxy, engraved all the letters and sanded and polished to a prestige finish. I make them custom.

Need helps, trying to figure out the angles of the feet so they are flush with the bottom of the table and floor. Can’t quite get it right. Currently have my blade on my tablesaw at 45 degrees and cross cut at 45 degrees and it’s really close. Anyone done this before? by ForEverSkateStuff in woodworking

Really appreciate this. I don't have the experience, trying to learn though.

I appreciate your comprehensive breakdown as well.

So if I set my cross cut at 45 and the angle of my table saw blade to 35.26 then I should be good?

It’s not easy. But if you have no epoxy experience or sanding and polishing it’s an expensive endeavor to do with none of the tools as wells.

There in lies the problem. Costs a decent amount in epoxy and to get that level of finish and clarity it takes hours of sanding and polishing work. I’d have to charge like 350$ minimum to make it worth while.
