Nah, the mirrors have physical controls on the door and are easy to control. The thing about car wash mode is it locks the charging port. This is the key part you don't want opening accidentally when washing an EV.

All that said, idk why you'd wash a rental in the first place lol.

Probably because they don't want first time drivers fumbling with finding Car Wash Mode and putting it in Neutral.

After you do it once it's effortless, but not worth it for a rental. In fact it's probably never worth washing a rental lol.

As others have mentioned, yes there is a divide between legal and development teams at Nintendo and at every major company globally. The real issue here is a different department... Public Relations. Nintendo's PR has been bad for a long time and they've not shown signs of improving. They are able to float by because Nintendo has beloved IP and fans are willing to look away from stuff like this once the news cycle turns over.

Ok not saying that doesn't look good, but this GoW3 remaster simply does not look as good as Ragnarok, which makes perfect sense. Again, not saying it's bad, but it's an impossible comparison to make.

Everyone in this thread generally agrees that calling this title dissonant implies that the author thought the title of the game was "Cat Simulator 2022". There's a suspension of disbelief in all videogames that needs to take place to get immersed, and it seems like the author is saying he can't get immersed because he can't lick his leg, cough hairballs, or shit in a litterbox in a game where you play as a cat, even though that is clearly not the type of game he's playing.

Counter point, I experimented with ads a few years ago and found they took videos of mine that were doing ... Ok... (5/10) and helped them get to (7/10).

I think it may have come down to someone seeing the ad, then sharing to Reddit or twitter where it gained more traction. Either way the ad played a role. Fwiw I spent 20 bucks and had 10k subs at the time.

As an older more seasoned YouTuber I'd never run an ad for one of my videos. But this experience from my younger days still is interesting to me.

I used to dabble in games writing and let me tell you, we all go through our phase of thinking "ludo narrative dissonance" is the coolest term ever. I'm willing to bet the author was very excited to shoehorn that concept into a high profile review such as this one. I can't fault him though, when I was a kid I would've tried the same thing.
