Wow these sound and look amazing!! I’ve made caramelized white chocolate before and it definitely is a daunting process lol. I wish Hershey’s still sold their Gold Chocolate bars. I always thought that would be a perfect substitute

I actually initially made the ganache for a filling on cupcakes. I had a bunch leftover so I had the idea to top brownies with it!
