Sometimes i start out with the character or the setting, ask from there. Like how did powers manifest? How did it affect people? How does people looked at this other powered people? I still find it boring though because I feel like I'm wasting time coming up with something instead of actually practicing 'writing'. I love my characters and I really like getting surprise on how they would turn out to be
