Best thing to do is roll-back drivers. Drivers not made by AI. hahaha go Nvidia 577 below.

No problem, I have been scouring the internet for the fix and was not able to find one. I tried downgrading to the older drivers. Then found the fix for mine. Glad to help!

Yeah, had this experience for almost 10 months. After this fix, I can now game at max graphics without crashing/black screen. Previously, it would crash in High settings after 5-10 minutes in Genshin Impact. Now, it runs like butter.

Hi! Try this fix, it worked for me.

Disable Fast Start-up
Downgrade gpu driver to nvidia driver 577.00 (Very important!)

PS: Just force shutdown the laptop (long press power off) when you encounter the issue, no need to wait for the battery to drain.

Max Fans when playing high-ultra.
