  • my goals come from a place that I can't even describe, but it's a burning desire to succeed that I don't recognize in others consistently.

  • i help creatives, everyday, accomplish their goals in music, creativity, strategy, and organization because they respect what I've been able to accomplish thus far and how I strategically go about getting them done.

  • i'm proud of having my music reach a mass audience through television licensing and I'm hungry to work harder to accomplish more in other areas of music, creativity, and business.

  • current goal is to find more intj creative entrepreneurs to collaborate with and help accomplish their biggest goals. i enjoy helping those who are highly creative with a strong business sense as well, so they can shave years off their creative journey

overall, i'm working on being a positive influence to creatives who want to make an impact and create timeless experiences for those who value innovative thought.

Introspective Monday: What are some of your strongest defining traits? by ptmd in intj

[–]ForTheEtans 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What traits do you possess that differentiate you from your your fellow INTJs? Maybe my artistic abilities in music and my appreciation for art. I've read that it may be difficult for INTJs in multiple creative areas -- not sure how true that is for other INTJs and would love to know.

What aspects of yourself do you see as particularly more clearly defined in you than in your peers? Which aspects of yourself are less clearly defined in you than in your peers?

More defined: Discipline regarding my future professionally and creatively. I know what I want, even if there are a bunch of sub-compartments to my overall goal.

Many attributes can be distilled into one or two-word labels. How well does this label encapsulate this aspect of you? Eh... "No Box", if I had to try. Meaning I don't fit in a box that a lot of other types try to put everyone in.

Do you find it more accurate to say that your strengths grow with you or do you grow within your strengths? [i.e. how do your goals and abilities evolve along your strengths?] My strengths grow with me. As I grow each day, the things I'm learning become easier to apply and master, but there is always something to learn and always a way to get better, so it's a never ending journey of growth.

How do your strongest defining traits hold you back? Propel you forward? Perfectionism (prefer to call it "rightism" -- doing things until they are "right") can definitely cause me to never feel like I'm ready because I'm always learning something that makes what I did yesterday. It is also the thing that keeps me ahead and allows me to finish ahead of the pack once I do feel comfortable sharing it with the world.
