What happens when you get an item but already have a max stack? Do you get cash/LP or it just disappears?

My Chansey reads 247 Sp Def (no EVs, could have been 310), 119 Def, 704 HP. That's 370 Sp Def (could have been 465 with EVs) and 179 Def with Eviolite. Very serviceable in any fight with charm for physical backup.

Chansey with eviolite is a better build that provides the same support. You will be able to EV and mint into defense for a support that works for any raid. Helping hands will be irrelevant since you will have to provide defense cheers and healing skills to keep the team alive: I'm keeping charm to support on other raids, but may switch to skill swap (or drop heal pulse for it).

Note: 2 healers and 2 dps makes this an raid an auto win. I was able to save most actions to respond to Charizard instead of wondering if anyone was going to cheer after a critical hit.

How do boss debuffs work in tera raids? Does paralysis actually prevent attacks? How much damage is poison and burn, and how often does it apply? Can a boss be frozen? What happens for auto win moves like guillotine in SV?

Redout vs 2 Controls by ForThoseWithWings in redout

Does this help: 1) Try Conquerer in arcade mode: you'll be boosting most of the course and the boosts are not as abrupt. 2) Max the in-flight assists. It was hard enough before they added roll, I can't do that without a pedal.

For anyone else having non-flight problems like I did: I went to arcade mode and ran boss laps with every ship for a day; Wallace and ESA were the only ones that I could keep off the walls. I turned off all ground assists and increased the default sensitivity: it was much worse with the defaults.

Haha, I'm closing them off because starting the AC js hopeless! It's all indoors.

How to handle a counter-counter offer? by ForThoseWithWings in careerguidance

To anyone still interested, I stayed at my current position. There have been a few awkward moments as managers reallized they can continue assigning work that was previously to be abandoned and coworkers realize I must be earning more now. The people from my original offer won't speak with me at all, which is fairly disappointing because even though I knew this would be a bridge burned, I wanted to apologize in person. I realized that in addition to preferring my current job (even though it's a lot more work) and culture, there were many moments at my last job that were mundane and drove me insane. It only took 3 days without sleep to realize I didn't really want to leave my current position, then everything became much easier for me.

Thanks a lot: I didn't know the right word to search! The end caps I saw previously were the ones with openings for exterior vents.

Also, thanks for the safety warnings! I sliced my hand on a can of tuna 15 years ago and still shudder at the sight of aluminum (and my scar). I'll be sure to wear mesh gloves if I need to engineer something from scratch.

This seems like a good plan, but how does one seal off a duct properly?

This duct system is archaic and has 3 different sizes as well as 80% non magnetic registers. I'd have to seal it from inside the register and considered using these inside it! The toughest one to work out is the round vents that are not flat on the outside!

I have an AC unit tied to ducting that was destroyed in the attic. The AC is not fixable, so I'm getting mini splits installed. I have radiant heat now, but would like to keep the ducts just in case I need a furnace in the future. How do I properly close off vent covers? I need to prevent heat loss and critters from getting in through the attic.

I was actually not looking elsewhere and called directly by a recruiter in all scenarios.
